Right now that includes several extra virgin olive oils from Italy and California, Orleans method and balsamic (the real stuff, not sweetened red wine vinegar) vinegars, flor de sal from Portugal, salt-packed capers and oregano from Pantelleria, whole grain farro from the Pacific Northwest, heirloom brown rice from California, rojos chiquitos (small red beans) from Washington, and Crystal hot sauce from New Orleans.
