Antheo D.O.P. Extra Virgin Olive Oil from Sicily

Antheo (pronounced an-tey-o) extra virgin olive oil comes from the Mount Iblei highlands, the slopes of ancient volcanoes near Ragusa in the southeastern corner of Sicily. The D.O.P. (Protected Designation of Origin) certification recognizes the unique properties of extra virgin olive oil from the region. Blended from 80% Moresca and 20% Verdese olives, Antheo D.O.P. extra virgin olive oil suggests freshly cut grass and the flavor of artichokes. Olives harvested and pressed November 2017.
