Organic whole wheat pasta that tastes like regular pasta. The treccioni della majella is made from an old durum wheat variety called Senatore Cappelli, introduced in 1915 and widely cultivated in southern Italy until the 1950s. Pollinaria grows this wheat in the mountains of Abruzzo.
